Oil leaking from the valve cover at the top of the spark plugs and coils, these are not bushings but delamination of the plastic layer of the PCV system. What frustrated me was having to install it 3 times thinking they were jacks. I was able to mark the spots where it was leaking to definitely identify the leak at 1, 3 and number 6. Not worth saving, I had to buy it from another local supplier where I have 12000 miles or 1 year warranty and it worked fine but so far it was my fourth install. Very disappointed with the product and this is not a warranty policy.
