Must be for bass lovers but hissing noise problem when plugging in and turning on for Black Evos

I love the product. I have ordered another one. A must for bass lovers. *Updated September 25, 2020 2 Evos (black and grey) and noticed both have a hissing noise when I plug it in. The hiss goes away if I turn off the headphones while they're still plugged in, but that would mean I'd lose touch bass functionality. Volume from 1 to 10, I hear a noticeable hiss on my black evo at level 4, while my gray evo makes hiss at or below level 1 (so still tolerable). tested this with 6 different audio cables (including the 2 cables that come with the boxes) and the result is the same for all cables and different devices. I even tested both earbuds in a part of my house where there is no electrical sound interference to be sure. I've seen the same problem in customer reviews at a comrade cus In Tomers Review from Germany, so I'm not sure if the error only occurs on some devices or on all. I have contacted Revain CS and am currently negotiating directly with Skullcandy to resolve the issue. I like headphones, but the hissing noise when plugged in with no sound is driving me insane. *After Sales Service Update* So Skullcandy was happy to let me do a local warranty exchange with their local dealer. When I wanted to make a 1-to-1 trade, the CS specialist checked this issue and found that his black demo kit had the same issue. I asked for an exchange for a gray one as my other gray Evo was fine. It turned out to work fine. I think there might be a quality control issue with the first batch of black Evos that some customers experienced with a hissing noise when plugged in. I still love headphones more because there is no more hiss :)
