Kit came without T-pins!

The kit I paid $6.99 for had no T-pis. T-Pins are needed to craft a wig on a wig's head. Now I have to go to the cosmetics store to buy some T-pins. I am not fully insured for my second Covid-19 vaccination and have tried to limit my travel outside the country. This wig was needed for a birthday party/retirement in 5 days. I'm not a happy tourist. When a customer makes a purchase, they should get everything they paid for.
