I like that it can be used by our employees to submit inspection requests from their phones as well as being able to view reports of inspections performed in different areas or buildings. It's easy enough if you know how to use software but there are some features they could make easier such as uploading photos directly into an area where we need them (ie. roof). We have been using this product since 2013 when we started with ezpropertypreservationsoftware.com and now continue to utilize its benefits even though they've changed over time.
