These salt and pepper shakers probably cost pennies to make the box probably more expensive than shakers. The base appears to be the same plastic as a regular milk jug, which tells you how long they'll last. Mine arrived in boxes that appeared to have been squashed over time so the tops were no longer round and the lids were twisted and pushed in rather than unscrewed, but the lids had to be opened with a screwdriver. The color shown is NOT the color you will receive. They will send you colors that they can't sell in the store like pink and lavender. If they sell for more than a dollar a pair, that's a bad price, it's very cheap plastic.
