Not as advertised for measurement and layout tools
Used like new no longer means someone has opened it up and tested it to make sure it works for them. This now means someone bought, built a new deck, and returned when their deck was finished. What I received was well used with missing parts, minor manufacturing defects and a messy description in the manual. Like new - it's true!
