📏 SKIL 24-Inch Digital Level - LV941901 Review

Very accurate and easy to use. When I need a long level, I take my 6 foot level and stick this level on it to read the angles. In addition, the price corresponded to the quality and functionality. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Recently used to measure accessibility standards around a parking lot in a new gated community. Easy to calibrate and use. The large display and hold setting make it easy to record measurements along sidewalks and handicapped parking spaces.

DO NOT USE HIGH HANGING POINTS. We did this and the lid came off and the level dropped 320 feet, but it still worked! The caps are suitable for hanging on a board in the garage, not on a harness. We replaced it with the same model and the crews are happy with the product.

Initially, the level reading on a horizontal surface was not accurate (my main requirement). Turned the spirit level 180 degrees and gave different (wrong) readings. I checked the vertical surface and the level was absolutely accurate. Contacted Revain and they stated the level was faulty. The replacement works great on horizontal surfaces.

I was hoping to use this for my 2% (and sometimes 1%) drain slope. I found the device unreliable because I believed that the device then recognized an actual grade of four to seven percent (increase over mileage). Its bulky, clunky plastic ends are easy to reach. I made my own, I took a cheap 2 foot plastic scale and screwed in a 1/2" sheet metal screw for my 2% pitch; enough.

Bought this item to measure and align to hang various wall decorations. In general, the item is easy to use. As with other Skil leveling tools, getting the digital level exactly where you want it can be a bit tricky as the step of change is so small. Luckily, there are also bubbles when digital reading becomes too tedious. Another problem was that when I moved it along the wall, it left red marks from the level. When used on a flat plane it was much better.

I now have both 12" and 24" versions of this level. I am very legible in any light level. The ad is just great. The option for it to stop beeping when you're at 0 is great. This allows you to focus on your work without being distracted by your work and your bladder. I also like the color very much. It almost doesn't matter where you put it, easy to find. I wasn't sure if this would be useful or just another gadget but it became my go-to. I really like being able to see exactly how far an item is from straight or how I need to move to level something. My only complaint is that the digital display doesn't seem to line up exactly with the bubble. For example, if the reading shows that something is perfectly level, the bubble isn't dead.
