Bought this item to measure and align to hang various wall decorations. In general, the item is easy to use. As with other Skil leveling tools, getting the digital level exactly where you want it can be a bit tricky as the step of change is so small. Luckily, there are also bubbles when digital reading becomes too tedious. Another problem was that when I moved it along the wall, it left red marks from the level. When used on a flat plane it was much better.
