Probably every avid hobbyist dreams of these perfect pair of scissors and for about 20 years it has been my Premax embroidery scissors. (By the way, if they're much less than $70 or don't cut well, they're cheap Asian fakes.) My only complaint is that their small size can make them uncomfortable. But I also crochet a lot, and that brings with it two problems. . First, the Premax are so sharp that they will cut through the yarn they touch, as long as you just position them before cutting. resulting in a battle to repair invisible damage. Most scissors just chew through the yarn, but you can hope for something in between. These scissors work great in that regard and the finger holes are larger and more comfortable. And if you wear the Nouveau Lily design, you'll bring a large dose of "oooh". This one comes in at least four finishes on its own if you prefer it on its own.
