Review on K-SWISS Classic VN Sneaker: Easy Hook & Loop Closure for Kids of All Ages! by Jordan Rini

My children wear school uniforms and these shoes were our standard shoes for them. However, our latest pair has an obvious manufacturing defect. As you can see in the attached photo, the sole has come off the boot. This is after about 3 weeks of wearing time. I contacted K-Swiss support almost a month ago and got no response. I then contacted them on Facebook and the person I spoke to there said he would put me in touch with support. They did so and I sent them the information they requested. After a week I didn't receive anything so I emailed them again. Now radio silence: I can't get anyone to reply to messages. Of course we are no longer a K-Swiss customer. There are many other companies that make quality shoes AND value their customers enough to help them when the quality doesn't meet their expectations.
