Review on YukiHalu by Kevin Webb

I just made the unfortunate decision to shop at YukiHalu, and I must say that I was really dissatisfied with the level of service that I experienced there. I found them to be impolite and unhelpful, despite the fact that they claimed to have a group of specialists working for them. I was treated with an attitude that made me feel as like I was inconveniencing them when I asked for assistance in locating the things I required for my garden, rather than being guided through the process of discovering those things. It's a shame since I was thrilled to discover a store that carried everything I required, but the absence of adequate customer service completely spoiled the adventure for me. I would not suggest going to this business to anyone who is interested in having a pleasant shopping experience.
