Love this! on my review.

This dress is fantastic! I love the exterior velvet fabric that is soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. I ordered a size medium according to the manufacturing chart suggestion but I usually wear a size small in dresses. This size medium fits nicely. The sleeves are not too long for my arms and I am only 5‘3" in height.
