After I put it to the test, i can confidently say that this training parachute helped MY team drastically improve their strength and speed. It was easy to use and durable holding up through multiple uses. The added resistance really pushed our training to the next level and gave us a competitive edge.The only downside was that it took a bit of time to get used to the added drag, but once we adjusted, it was smooth sailing..
