We love that they send us new products so quickly, without any hassle - no waiting months for them to ship! Their customer service is stellar as well- always quick with responses via email or phone calls when needed (and usually fast).

You need an internet connection in order to use their system once it's installed/configured which isn't ideal if you live off of wifi at work. I would recommend asking questions up front because anything not covered can easily be added by contacting this team directly through our account manager who will gladly help out right away. They do extensive audits using multiple SOPs from different organizations including FDA, USDA & OSHA, allowing me to focus my efforts more efficiently than having separate systems set aside just for each organization we're auditing separately.
