We love that they send us new products so quickly, without any hassle - no waiting months for them to ship! Their customer service is stellar as well- always quick with responses via email or phone calls when needed (and usually fast). You need an internet connection in order to use their system once it's installed/configured which isn't ideal if you live off of wifi at work.
