Excellent Software for Sales Reps: Deal Champ

Easy drag and drop, drag and drop, easy access to all of our contacts, easy to update the software, the layout, and the look and feel of the software are both easy to use and attractive to the eye. Easy set up to make the contact list accessible to all of our salesforce. Easy to edit so that when we are at a trade show, a customer, etc. we can easily update our list of contacts. Customer service is a must. There isn't much to dislike. Easy access to our customer contacts and easy to use the application. I like the ability to have a conversation with customers and learn more about their business. There is nothing I dislike about Deal Champ. I would like to have more features and more ways to interact with customers. I highly recommend Deal Champ. It is a great tool to learn more about customers and to build relationships. It also allows us to get to know our customers. I am able to learn more about our customers and build a relationship.

  • The UI/UX design works well!
  • Good way as an SDR or in house recruiter (or other positions)to quickly find out how many people you may want from your organization.
  • Able To see whether there was any followup done after initial call if they did not leave feedback then it's possible this happened because no one followed through; however sometimes companies will provide negative comments without even knowing what role someone played
