Good concept but not suitable for me

I like the idea of a floor register filter. Despite frequently replacing the HEPA filter on the stove, some rooms in the house are ridiculously dusty and my air duct isn't cleaned (poor building design). After watching the product video and reading the reviews I figured this would be an easy fix to my problem. No! I bought some new 2x12" Decor Grates floor registers and some matching sized filters and support grids. I bought the 2 x 12" tan mahogany plastic floor registers from Decor Gtes. look at the photo, they don't match in any way , as shown in the video. Some reviewers say it takes some work to assemble, but the sets I have are pretty much the same dimensions so they can't nest inside each other. Not even close. So I have the filters in the plastic bottom register sealed and must try to get these support bars back and get a refund. The concept is exceptionally good but their quality control is poor I think as some customers have parts that work well together while others like me have issues. Some people have been able to Install support grilles in their ducts but in my house they would just fall through Go ahead and b Order, be aware that this is not the case with this product. UPDATE: I have contacted the manufacturer. , and they only fit wood or metal registers, not plastic registers. My drawbars are the original Decor Grates Classic, but wood grain plastic. The product description must clearly state that it IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR SPECIFIC decor registers. Maybe this could explain why it works for some people but not all?
