Good product, more pros than cons.

Be sure to change the firmware to the latest, even if the printer seems to be working. Otherwise, it will become a brick and in order to upload the firmware, you will need to connect the programmer to the microcircuit. Some of the penultimate firmware with an error.
Has some pros
Reliable unit as standard. Vandal resistant, but only without options.
Cons:
Flimsy label peeler mechanism. I had to draw instructions for threading the tape into the separator and stick it on the printer, but this does not help much. Either the separator bar is broken off, then the separator itself, then the spring inside the separator breaks out a piece of the body. The separator is expensive.
