For home whitening I love this product. The face mask took some getting used to, I watched an episode to distract myself and it wasn't a big problem. I LOVE the desensitizing gel and it was evident how well it works because I missed it on one use on my lower teeth and could feel it all day the next day. The taste isn't very good but honestly it's the chemicals you're putting in your mouth, what do you expect? My only complaint is that you don't get enough desensitizing gel as a whitening (only 1 squirt of desensitizing gel for 3 whitenings) and my teeth would not thank me if I used whitening without another 😬. As a side note, I had REALLY light colored spots on my teeth right after each use, like it was only going to white in a few spots. However, everything smoothed out in the morning.
