Effective and a necessity for workouts
I have been wearing this waist trainer in a size XL for 6 days a week about 2 hours each day. It makes my waistline sweat. I use it to run 3 miles on the treadmill about 25 minutes and my waistline shorts and under clothing are soaked in sweat. I keep the waist trainer as I am doing several workouts and it does support my back and posture. After using it for over 1 month I will continue to do so. My waistline has slimmed down significantly. Only thing I would change is I should have gotten with large. The neoprene does dry quick and the velcro stays put and tight. I love the fact it contours to the shape of my body. I'm 6ft 215lbs Male and this was my first waist trainer and I think it will be my go to for years to come.
- Helps to prevent injury and stress on the spine and surrounding muscles
- Could be difficult to wear under clothing
