Grind only the smallest peppercorns.
I wanted a small spice grinder other than black pepper. Cloves, allspice, etc. This really only works with very small, round things. Even large grains of black pepper will not pass. That's not what I needed. I was hoping for something stronger. It takes 6 AAA batteries to do what I can easily do with my hands and if you slap it to the side it will work.
