Accidentally shocked my dogs

I bought this product knowing there were few reviews on it. The collars worked fine for the first few days, but then I noticed that the collars only fall off when I move or turn my head. Then I noticed that they were in shock even when they were lying still. I immediately removed the collars. The collars kept coming loose randomly without moving as I lay on my desk. I returned to the seller. I made a note on the outside of the package because I heard they were distributed in the UPS package. Insanity!
