I like that reps can share information easily through social media channels such as Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp which is great when you're out of office hours but want to see what's going on! It also allows us to keep track of our team members' productivity so we know how much time each person spends working per day (which gives them an incentive). Sometimes it takes longer than expected to receive reports from certain stores, especially if there are multiple branches within one city - this could be solved by having more servers. We have been able to improve customer service due to using Replys system while still being efficient because all staff has access to up to date info regarding customers needs.
