"Ugh" sums up the product and customer service. I was so excited about my new steam cleaner that I decided to ignore the bad reviews and trust the many good ones. HUGE MISTAKE! I even bought extra pads for it. The thing doesn't even serve its purpose. It only moves the dirt and emits practically no steam. I contacted the seller and he was told to rush it to make it work, but that didn't work either (and I didn't have to go crazy fast just to clean the floor). They said they would offer a discount or free pads but that doesn't help if the damn thing doesn't work! I told them I wanted to return the product for a full refund and that's where the communication ended. I have not received any reply and the money has not been refunded. I don't have $100 now and a working mop. Buy Shark or Bissell, they are much better.
