Broken in various ways

I bought two rack posts for £50 a rack. No instructions, just a faded image on a clear plastic sheet. It's okay, I'll find out. When I insert the ball bearing into the strut, the long corner plate bends at a 90° angle. Uh-huh, I say. That's a bad sign. So I bend it back - by hand. Then I mount two of these on a 35 pound valve. Technically, I have three times more support than I need. After a few tries, I found that both plates were bent. All right, I say - as long as it goes. It's been 3 days and my daughter sent me a picture of a completely broken one. The ball bearing screwed into the cheap plastic and ripped right through it. Whatever it is, I'll just return it. nope The returned item must be in good condition and undamaged. This way you can only return items that work well. In fact, every part of this thing is garbage. Absolute waste of money and time. Get out of trouble.
