Review on KT THERMO Instant Read Deep Fry Thermometer - Dial & Stainless Steel Stem - Best for Turkey, BBQ, Grill by Holly Wille

I already had a KT Thermo 12 inch fryer thermometer that read 10 degrees off. Checked on another thermos + laser heat gun, which converged. Easy to calibrate KT Thermo. There is a small nut under the dial. Slightly grasp the nut with pliers and turn the outer main edge of the thermos to the right or left to move the needle according to the accuracy. The red outer arrow also slides. After setting up a 12" fryer, I bought a set of two 6" models for my Fry Daddy + Hamiton Beach Dep Fryers fryer. The 6 inch length is ideal for attaching to the outside edge of the stove, with the other end closer to the floor where the oil is hot. To my surprise, both 6 inch models were correct, no calibration needed! Bought a second set of 2 for storage. Excellent thermos
