The ability to see your patients in real time as they are waiting for their appointment is great! Having an app that you can use while at home helps me stay organized with my work schedule when I'm not able too be physically present where all of our physicians offices or practices located around Atlanta GA area (which consists most part). This has helped us cut down some wait times which was nice considering we have so much traffic during busy season like now!! It's easy enough even if it seems overwhelming just getting started but once set up everything works well without any issues from what i've seen thus far using this system since its release last year.
