Review on 🪚 Freud LU84R011: Premium 10" x 50T Combination Blade for Efficient Cutting Performance by Zachary Caldwell

Excellent multi-purpose blade. I put it on a Grizzly G0700 Slider while my Ridge Carbide was being sharpened. I had two of them and one "died" and I forgot when I needed a replacement I took this one. I used a Freud negative front tooth on my 10" Bosch axial blade and it was a great blade so I decided to give it a try. Overall I'm very happy, but it's not exactly a blade. Ridge is designed for cross cutting. I don't want to switch blades for ripping and cross cutting and was willing to sacrifice a bit of cut quality for better bucking. I would say this is the downside, at least in softer rocks where there is a noticeable crack. I fixed that with tape and it helps a little but not completely. I don't always work with hardwoods and even these can be prone to chipping so this wood isn't the ultimate but overall a very good wood and about half the price of WW or Ridge woods.
