Complete and inexplicable failure after less than three months of light use. Ordered 08/31/19, plugged into a power strip on my desk and used a day later until 11/29/19 when my laptop switched from charging to battery in the middle of a project. Extensive troubleshooting shows that the problem is with the charger and not the outlet, power strip, computer, software/operating system, connection between charger and power strip, or connection between charger and computer. /at my table. I use an OEM travel charger and this device has not suffered any power surges, falls or abuse. This product advertises a 12-month warranty and free returns. I will happily change this rating if this warranty is honored and the unit is replaced.
