Visible chalk marks

Great marking chalk for my quilting, but it did not wipe off my fabric. Tried a wet sponge but marks still on fabric. Had to wash the finished project and still saw faint chalk marks on the right side of the fabric. This does not work like regular chalk

Comfortable to hold and use for extended periods

Cons

Can leave a residue on the cutting board or work surface
