The top is too loose and slips away from the rest of the product

I am not satisfied with this product. The top part that goes on the end that holds the phone is too loose. It doesn't hold up well when I turn a corner. the whole top flies. Although I keep trying. The rest of the product looks ok. I have to reconfigure the rotation style to make it stay. I don't think you caught all the mistakes. I am sorry!
