Nice and works great. Many coffee maker reviews, including one about this elsewhere, give bad reviews, saying the coffee is too weak and/or ground. The problem is paperless filters. Their openings are too big, the water flows too fast and brings some soil with it. Throw this part away. With a paper filter, these problems disappear. In fact, it also holds over 20 ounces, and that may be why some people think the coffee is too weak. We love ours. We can see everything. There are no places for mold and dirt to grow that we cannot see. Nothing electrical to break. Just add boiling water and enjoy the perfect coffee every time, even if you buy ground coffee from the store.
