Very hard, dense rubbers.

These pads are very hard and dense. I bought them for polishing wooden bowls but they are useless. I was hoping for at least some softness. They don't move or shrink when you press them against a tree, they don't move when you squeeze them between your fingers. They can work well for metal but I wouldn't recommend it.
