I have the Small. I am usually a 34 A/B gal and maybe I should have a Medium. so keep that in mind. I do like the bra, but it's kinda hard to get on because of how the fabric is sewn. It's almost like you have 2 layers of fabric around the torso. I would almost describe it as a halter with a built in bra.-- That being said, once it's on, I found it very comfortable and liked the extra long style. If you wear a shirt over it, the shirt lays nicely. I use it for running. If you wore it alone, as seems popular these days, I think you might like that it covers more of your body.- I like the padding. I think this is a good style for teens (as it gives them more privacy) and also, good for moms who maybe have nursed children and need a little more 'cover up' privacy as well.- Happy with it. Seems like a good price. If it loosens just a spec from wearing or in the normal wash, it will be just perfect for me.
