Balanced nutrition while running!

Zone Perfect Food Bars are a delicious way to get a balanced diet in a super quick snack. I personally like a lot of flavors and varieties, not all, but I still have plenty to choose from. There are days when I don't have time to eat and I need to eat to look my best. A couple of Zone Bars and a liter of water is enough for me.
