Crossbar deficiency

One of the crossbars does not have the designed curvature of the other. Had to force it into position, and has limited space between the bottom of the crossbar and the roof of my Highlander.I would like a replacement bar, but I have to return the whole item and I need it for traveling this holiday. Disappointed.
