I bought this because it was the cheaper but still very highly rated choice from America's Test Kitchen (youtube) online reviews. It's very easy to use, unlike some who tested it that had confusing menu buttons and too many features. It is a very accurate scale, lightweight and easy to clean. The surface holds my largest bowl. I love that I can leave the bowl on the scale and press "tare" between ingredients to keep adding while they're on the scale. Makes measurements much easier. For the advertised price, this is the best on the market.
