I usually have a 9-9.5 (9.5 in sneakers/boots/shoes with socks). I ordered women 10/men 8 and they fit perfectly. If you wear a size 10, be sure to choose a women's size 11! The colors correspond to the picture. I love this combination. The green color is slightly darker than the usual lime color. They serve their purpose as fast slipping clogs. They are very pleasant to walk on. Excellent!
