Good for home gym: my feedback
I’m 6’0” and 226 pounds. It’s stable enough for me to do pull-ups and leg swings and dips. The bench is good and I scoot up a bit and put my head on the foam leg rest. For someone over 6’2” I would guess thy would have more trouble being too y’all for the bench. Has been good enough for me, but I bought for $119 so would wait for it to go on sale
