Review on iBUYPOWER Pro Gaming PC ARCB 108Av2: AMD Ryzen 3 3100, NVIDIA GT 710, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Wi-Fi, Windows 10 Home by Andre Stephens

I will never order from this company again. The computer was advertised as Wi-Fi capable. Whichever computer you buy now doesn't come with a Wi-Fi card. My son saved money to buy this and when he installed it he couldn't connect to the internet. Turns out they forgot to install the wireless card. We contacted customer service (who wasn't very friendly or helpful) and asked them to send us a replacement part. Firstly, I don't know how to install the wireless card. I paid YOUR computer company for this. I received an email which was the first step to getting the part but then all communication was cut off and I never received my part that I paid for. I ended up spending $50 on a wireless adapter that had to install software, and guess what. NO CD drive! So I had to spend another $20 to buy an external CD drive so I could install the Wi-Fi adapter which MUST BE INSTALLED to START. A complete company and computer nightmare that I do not recommend.
