I feel quite well. I've been soldering for over 40 years. Competently. Soldered them exactly as instructed. One cable worked for several days. I did it out of 10. I tried using RG6 (I think that's it, TV cables) but they were too small so I used good speaker cable. But the positives and negatives are so close together that there's no way to isolate them, so it's no wonder they didn't work, and I guess I'm lucky I didn't fry expensive audio gear. What a waste of money. Now I have 200 feet of cable that I will never use, nylon cable housing that I will never use, and stuff that belongs in the trash. Spent more money than just buying decent cables from Monoprice.
