It has been very helpful in streamlining our ordering process, allowing us to track inventory more effectively than any other solution we've tried before! The customer service team at this point can be hit or miss - but it's not their fault that they're working from an outdated legacy platform (not all support bar code scanning).
We used another vendor previously who was able solve some basic functionality issues but didn't have as easy access/control over everything like what you get here when using Hoppers Point Of Sale software. Our employees love being given instant updates via email if there are changes coming down within certain parameters so I'd recommend checking out how many emails your staff will receive during each time frame since those could change per month depending upon volume sold etcetera.- Inventory tracking / reconciliation across multiple locations / departments & vendors-.
