They get wet and fade.
I've bought more of these lights than I can count like 20 or 30. 10 of these are mounted on a 53 foot trailer. These are good headlights and work fine for me until they fill with water and burn out. I always have to buy more than replace all 10. It gets very tiring. Some of them have broken wires and are lost in the lamp. If you don't use them often they might work fine for you, but for me and my application they are not up to scratch.
