This pen works great. Very good product. I would tell everyone that such products are not for everyone. If you are replacing a coil spring then I assume you have a working shop where you have a rubber mallet, needle nose pliers and other tools. Be sure to watch some videos that explain how to measure these springs; They're as confusing as ordering chainsaw chains. But that's not the manufacturer's fault - it's just a reality.
