When first installed the seal didn't work and water leaked from our tub through the kitchen ceiling. They set it up, it seems normal, but after the ceiling is repaired, this is an expensive replacement. When we installed the spill cap, the black paint immediately peeled off the screws, leaving us with the silver screws in the black bracket.
