Mine threatened to deepen and could be buried by hand.
Stay away from them, they're junk! Clearly Chinese POS. They are too deep and can be buried by hand. Tapered thread is expected. Better put the o-ring on the outside and tighten it a bit. hoping for the best. It didn't work for me at 100psi air pressure.
