I'm giving it one star at the moment, I was having trouble getting ABS codes from a 2012 jeep so after registering I downloaded a jeep download update, it loaded but got stuck . Installation in 2 days. I have emailed customer support twice but got no response until I get through on the phone but only got through 2 days. So not impressed yet, maybe through this they will contact me to help. Bought FX6000, serial number FX2001039. If they help me and it works I will repeat the review!
