Insulation inside, strong enough.
This replaced the bare hose that came with my portable AC unit. Although I tried to insulate it with some kind of insulation I bought here, it was ugly. I ended up going for it even though I only needed 6ft; You can just expand the part you need. My air conditioner is now much more efficient and less ugly.
