Review on ESP-12E WeMos D1 WiFi Uno Based ESP8266 Shield for Arduino Compatible by Qunqi Smart Electronics by Kyle Deel

This is a rating of build quality, not electronics performance, as I am in the middle of it and moving forward with the project. I immediately saw that the pin sockets on either side were tilted slightly toward the center of the box. I can't say for certain that this was Qunqi's problem as Revain chose to ship this board in a 5lb stainless steel hardware box to ensure it arrives safe and sound. I hooked up a SainSmart LCD 16x2 screen that perfectly matches my Arduino Uno boards. The contacts were very tight and I had to wiggle them pretty hard to get them out. I don't think that's necessarily a disadvantage depending on how you use the board. Yesterday's 4-position Type B fork. I will update once the electronics are assembled with a performance review.
