Sturdy Pots in Cookware Sets
The heavy pots boiled water 1 1/2 minutes faster than my previous pot. Both were tested side by side without a lid. My original pans had a three-layer stainless steel bottom. The only thing that worries me is the logo on the bottom of the pans; I am worried that it will fade soon as there is no engraving on it. The sides of the pan heat up very quickly. Unlike my previous set, where I could hold the rim of the pot and lift it off the stove while the water was simmeringโwithout gloves.
